Tm2 was developed out of the idea that there is a better way to serve and meet clients’ financial and tax needs. We are a boutique accounting firm that strategically serves clients for which we feel we can provide outstanding value. This means our client base is small to provide unique and client-focused services. All partners of the firm work directly with you in transforming your yearly financial statement and/or tax return into a report card on how well we planned throughout each year. We encourage you to contact us and learn more on how this proactive and relationship-focused approach is truly THE BETTER WAY.

Financial Management & Oversight

As part of our services, we perform monthly bookkeeping which generally consists of the following:

• Assist management in determining appropriate account coding for recurring transactions. • Recording of transactions in general ledger and preparation of trial balance based upon management-approved Chart of Accounts. • Reconcile bank accounts. We will prepare a standard set of financial statements for you. The standard contents of a set of financial statements are: • Balance sheet. Shows the entity’s assets, liabilities, and stockholders’ equity as of the report date. It does not show information that covers a span of time. • Profit & Loss (or Income) Statement. Shows the results of the entity’s operations and financial activities for the reporting period. It includes revenues, expenses, gains, and losses. • Statement of cash flows. Shows changes in the entity’s cash flows during the reporting period.

Please check out our Automated Financial Reporting service to understand how the preceding is accomplished. What’s important to understand here is that we do not just provide Monthly Bookkeeping; rather, we become an extension of your team. We are here to help you grow your business by freeing up your time to do what you do great while providing you the financial insight your business needs each month.

Quarterly Face-to-Face Review

Each quarter or as frequently as requested, we schedule a face-to-face meeting in order to review your company and individual financials. This is not an additional service, but an essential part of our core services.

Financial & Tax Planning Strategy

The only way to turn your financial statements and/or tax return into a report card on how well we did planning throughout the year is to establish a comprehensive strategy to follow. We will prepare a living document that outlines your goals with clear, actionable paths to reach your financial destination. This service is what sets us apart and is the foundation of THE BETTER WAY.

Automated Financial Reporting

The accounting industry is drastically changing, and we are on the forefront of that change. Through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, we provide a service that is near real time. This allows us to become your trusted advisor – no longer tied down entering data, but helping you better understand your financials as they happen.
